SWC, Inc is a consulting company specializing in implementing and customizing CRM(Customer Relationship Management Systems) across a wide range of industries.  We work in 'best of class' software to rapidly create and customize systems to enable our customers.  Our projects usually turn into long term relationships, some of our customers we have been coming back for project after project for 15+ years as they grow, advance, and their needs change.

Our Story

Started 25 years ago, SWC has hundreds of successful projects in a wide range of industries.  Manufacturing, Defense Contractors, Non Profit, Trucking, Agriculture, Banking, Printing, Advertising, Education, etc.  We work with Fortune 500 companies all the way down to small businesses.

We differentiate ourselves by having only experienced consultants and being hyper focused on the result.  We all have technical backgrounds but also have served on many projects as Project Managers and Analysts.  We can 'do more' with less internal waste and communication.

We work hard at communication and if the client is willing, we try to enable them on the technologies we are implementing with so they can be more self reliant post-project.  By being more involved the people we work with are better equipped to champion and support the system.  Of course we are there post project in case of personal changes, workload, etc.

We are based in Minnesota but have worked coast to coast and around much of Canada.  We can come onsite but are also pros at working remotely and have all the tools.

Our technologies

We currently work on CRM systems from SalesForce and Pivotal(Aptean).  We have many years of experience implementing and customizing for systems ranging from 20 to 2000 seats.

We also do cross platform custom systems in FileMaker Pro.  FileMaker Pro is an agile toolset and has a low cost of entry for small, medium and even larger organizations.  We are certified and experience in all versions from it's roots to FileMaker 15.
