How we work...

Projects vary from client to client.  Greenfield(no current system) implementations require more design as the client usually doesn't have something to contrast against.  Sometimes clients bring their own Project Managers and Analysts and sometimes it is all us.  We bring a ton of experience to projects but not as much attitude as many implementers.    While we have done 7 figure projects, we often work on projects that big consultants don't find worthwhile.  We often augment a clients staff, bringing our focused expertise on different technologies.  What we don't negotiate on...

• We will require regular communication.  We like to show and get reaction 2+ times a week during projects
• We will give you suggestions, they don't all have to be followed but we want to be heard
• We do Agile Development.  Every sprint doesn't have to result in a release to end users but agile helps the feedback loop and we don't like big surprises to customers or to us during the development cycle
